Registration
Persons 18 Years of Age or Older
Some Lariso Ltd Sites may allow Users who are at least 18 years old to register or create an account for one or more of the Lariso Ltd Sites.

Registration enables you to receive Content that is personalized to your interests, participate in any online contests; and/or make a transaction in a marketplace on our Sites or on the Lariso Ltd Store.

Please notify us of any known or suspected unauthorized use(s) of your account, or any known or suspected breach of security, including loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure of your password or credit card information.

Persons Under the Age of 18
If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you may browse the Lariso Ltd Sites or register for email newsletters with the express consent of your parent(s) or guardian(s. If you are under 13 years of age, please do not send any information about yourself, including your name, address, or email address. If we discover that we have collected any personally identifiable information from a child under the age of 13, we will remove that information from our database as soon as possible.


User Responsibilities

Non-Commercial Use
Lariso Ltd provides these Sites for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Scraping Prohibited
Scraping or copying of the Lariso Ltd Sites by any means (including automated software, crawlers, browser plugins and add-ons, or any other technology or manual work), without our prior written consent, is prohibited.

Training of Artificial Intelligence Prohibited
You may not use, without our prior written consent, Content from Lariso Ltd Sites to develop any software program, including but not limited to training a machine learning or artificial intelligence system or providing copied, archived, or cached data sets containing Content to another entity or person.

Framing Prohibited
Framing of the Lariso Ltd Sites is prohibited.

Use of Marketplaces
Some Lariso Ltd Sites provide a marketplace for users to list items or animals for sale. Users may post, upload, transmit and/or otherwise submit (“Submit”) items or animals for sale (“Items”). Users who Submit Items for sale represent to us that they have all necessary legal rights to sell such Items. The representations and warranties, and indemnification obligations, set forth in the “Representations and Indemnification” section below, apply to users’ Submitting Items for sale.

We reserve the right to screen, refuse to post, or to remove Items at any time and for any or no reason in our absolute and sole discretion without prior notice, although we have no duty to do so.

Lariso Ltd is not responsible or liable for any Items posted for sale on the Sites. We cannot verify the accuracy of statements or photographs that users make or place on or through the Sites, and do not guarantee that any Items are described accurately.

User Comments
Some Lariso Ltd Sites may provide an opportunity for users to post comments (“User Comments”). You must have the legal right to post any such comments on our Site or Sites, and you grant Lariso Ltd and our licensees a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable license to use, copy, sublicense, modify, transmit, publicly display, create derivative works of, host, index, cache, tag, encode, and/or adapt your User Comments in any and all media formats or channels, including but not limited to the Lariso Ltd Sites. You allow grant all users of our Sites a nonexclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to access your User Comments on or through our Sites and to use your User Comments consistent with these Terms.
You may not submit any User Comments anonymously or under a false name or email address. Intellectual Property Rights

The contents of the Lariso Ltd Sites (“Content”) are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. The Content (including but not limited to text, photographs, images, illustrations, Podcasts, Content Feeds, API Content, audio clips, video clips and other features) is protected by copyright law, and is owned by or licensed to us. We also own copyrights in the selection, coordination, compilation, and arrangement of such Content. You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, upload, transmit, display, prepare derivative works, publicly perform, sell, transfer, assign, license or use for commercial purposes any copyrighted Content on the Sites without our prior written consent, except as provided below. You may not use any of the Sites’ trademarks, logos or graphics, without our prior written consent or that of the appropriate third-party licensor, except that you shall have the right, and obligation, to use the Sites’ or other trademarks logos included in, or required to be used in connection with, API Content, Content Feeds, Media Players, or other functionalities of the, subject to the requirements set forth in these Terms of Service for the use of the API Content, Content Feeds or other functionalities of the Sites.

Some Lariso Ltd Sites may have features that are offered through tools provided by a third party over which we have no control, influence, or oversight. You should only use these third-party tools if you agree to be bound by their respective terms of use. Your use of these sharing features indicates your acceptance of the appropriate third-party End User Agreements.

Content Feeds, APIs, Podcasts, and Media Players
The Lariso Ltd Sites may make Content available through technologies such as Really Simple Syndication feeds, Atom Syndication Format, other XML technologies, Application Programming Interfaces (“APIs”), podcasts, media players, or similar means (“Technologies”). The Content available through these Technologies may consist of all or part of the Content on a particular Lariso Ltd Site or Sites or audio or video Content.

Content that Lariso Ltd makes available through these Content feed Technologies are available only for your personal, non-commercial use. You may link to Lariso Ltd Content available via these Technologies on a non-commercial website, In, or similar applications, provided that:
